At Edible Planet we understand the fundamental need for creating food that energizes.
We use only Ocean Wise™ fish. We use chicken and beef that is grass fed. We use fair trade organic coffee. We celebrate the bounty of the season and create our menus accordingly, supporting the local and organic growers. We make an effort to become more environmentally responsible, with recycling and composting programs. We celebrate team work. Inspired by the pure exhilaration of feeding a film crew at 10,000 ft., Edible Planet was created in 1994 to serve healthy and delicious food for the film industry. Eleven years later, our team of two has grown to twenty. Our experience in remote location catering has expanded while our reputation as a leader has continued to grow. We are proud founders of the Get Local Business Alliance, the Green Table Network, and Ocean Wise.

NOWBC Co-op (Neighbours Organics Weekly) is a 50% volunteer run community food enterprise. We are committed to fostering a sustainable, local food system in BC. Our mission is to build community around sustainable choices by connecting local farmers and food processors with consumers.
NOWBC offers an on-line farmers market with a selection of healthy, fresh, and seasonal organic produce. Customers are able to place order on a weekly basis with groceries delivered to depots throughout Metro Vancouver. Our suppliers are local, and include Fair Trade producers and processors.
In addition to food delivery, NowBC is proud to support CityReach Care Society’s “Food for Families” Food Bank Program.
