Our vision is to make snacking healthier - and to be recognized as the only potato chip that really does not contain trans fat. Our manual "batch-by-batch" slow cooking process below 300 degrees, prevents trans fats. BC potatoes are high on Potassium & Vitamin C, a good source of Folacin, Iron & Dietary Fiber, and are low on carbs.
