Where did Indish come from?
Everyone loves to cook a nice dinner. There’s nothing like the pride and feeling of accomplishment of putting a fantastic home-cooked meal on the dinner table.

Owners Brent Kyle and Tammy Siu love cooking, but like most people, found they never had the time to try new recipes and cook the meals they wish they could. Recipe selection, buying the ingredients and the preparation can take hours. And that doesn’t include the actual cooking part!

Brent and Tammy kept wishing there was a place that could take care of the tedious, time-consuming work. They wanted to just pick up a bag that had all the ingredients they needed with exact quantities, (so there is no waste!) and the cooking instructions. There was nothing like that. Necessity, being the Mother of invention, gave them the inspiration to bring this great solution to life, with an easy answer for the daily question, “What’s for dinner?”

How does this work?
Indish helps you cook great tasting, healthy meals at home. Indish takes the hassle out of cooking by doing all the hard work for you (planning, shopping, cutting, washing, portioning), leaving you free to finish the fun stuff!
You take home all the ingredients you need, all prepared and ready-to-cook, along with the easy-to-follow cooking instructions, and dinner is on the table in about 20 minutes.

Is this expensive?
With an average price of $26 for a two-person dinner, cooking Indish is cheaper than making a similar quality gourmet dinner yourself from scratch. How can that be?

Indish provides all the ingredients needed for the recipe, in the exact quantities required. You only pay for ingredients you use. There is no waste. Supermarkets only sell ingredients in large packages, bottles, and bags. You can’t buy exactly what you need. What happens to the left-over supermarket ingredients? Often they are destined for the bin. Why pay good money for ingredients you’re going to end up throwing out?
