West Valley

West Valley Market

Who we are…
Although many of you may not know us,   we have been serving Vancouver’s Downtown community for over 35 years! What started out as a small family-run produce store, West Valley Market has evolved into a 5000 square foot, mid-sized market catering to the diverse and ethnic-savvy Downtown community.  Although we are relatively small in size compared to the large supermarkets in downtown, we compensate by having great service and competitive pricing.

Get Local!
As a small, family-run business ourselves, we are fully committed to supporting small local businesses.  You will find local produce year-round here at West Valley and in the summer, nearly 100% of our produce is locally sourced.  In addition, we carry groceries, yogurts and breads from several small local businesses you may have seen at your local farmers market.

From tomatillos to paneer…
A key focus in our store is carrying products from all corners of the world.  You will find an exceptional variety of Mexican, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Thai, Indian, and Middle Eastern products to name a few.

Where we’re located…
We are located at 1156 Bute St (just off Davie Street) in Downtown Vancouver’s “West End”.
